Tree Nut Allergy: 

Tree nut allergies are caused due to the lichee nut, tree nut, pine nut, shellfish and many others which usually come in different shapes and sizes. These allergens are linked to anaphylaxis. Anaphylaxis is very serious and a rapid onset allergic reaction which lasts for a lifetime.

Symptoms 

Tree nut allergy causes nausea, vomiting, and abdominal pain. You may also feel difficulty in swallowing.  It may also cause Diarrhoea, itching in the throat, mouth, skin, or other areas, nasal congestion, shortness of breath. Anaphylaxis is very rare.

Milk Allergy:

Milk is very good for health and it makes our bones stronger. Many children are allergic to milk. The people who are allergic to cow’s milk are also allergic to goats and sheep milk.

Symptoms

Within few minutes the people who are allergic to milk have symptoms like skin complaints, vomiting, and an upset stomach, blood stools for infants.

Peanut allergy:

Peanut allergy is quite different from the nut allergy. Usually, children are highly affected by these kinds of allergies. The general misconception about peanut allergies is that they belong to tree nut allergies. But, peanut allergies belong to the soybean, peas, and lentils. This allergy lasts for a lifetime.

Symptoms

After consuming peanuts you will feel an itching, tingling sensation in the mouth or throat, Nausea, congested nose, and a runny nose.

Egg allergy:

Egg allergy is developed in the body’s immune system, which reacts with the egg proteins or egg yolks.  This allergy is developed mainly in children and lasts till the age of 16 years.

Symptoms

The symptoms of these egg allergies are rashes on the skin, respiratory problems, pain in the stomach, watering eyes, and anaphylaxis that is very rarely caused.

Wheat allergy:

Wheat allergies are caused when you consume food items like the cereals, bread, and pasta. These allergies can be one of the reasons for the people who are suffering from asthma or eczema. The food that contains wheat is affected by these allergies.

Symptoms

The major symptoms that cause wheat allergies are hives, headaches, running nose, sneezing, Asthma, and less common is anaphylaxis.

Soy Allergy:

Soy is from the legume family. Soy is the key ingredient in the infant’s foods that are processed. The infants under the age of 3 are affected by this type of allergy. The outgrowing age of this allergy is 10.

Symptoms

The general symptoms of these allergies are urticaria, itching in the mouth, vomiting, running nose, wheezing, and asthma is the chief symptom.

Meat allergies:

Any kinds of meat like beef, lamb, pork, goat, whale, and seal will cause these allergies.

Symptoms

The general symptoms of this meat allergy are severe headaches, sneezing, asthma, anaphylaxis, headaches, runny nose, and cramps in the stomach, digestion problems, and diarrhoea.

The other few types of allergies are corn, fruit, and garlic allergy. These types of allergies may also have symptoms which are itching, vomiting, nausea, running nose, and wheezing etc. Proper precautions should be taken and these symptoms should be observed in the early stages to avoid severe problems.
