This application will help detect any problems with drugs that were not evident at the stage of clinical trials and is a way of engaging the public for surveillance.
The app offers information about the drug, in an alphabetically organized list, sends you all FDA drug alerts such as if there is an increased mortality risk associated with one, or if another had an undeclared drug ingredient.
You can access latest information about news items such as green tea, drug for osteoporosis, why egg farms caused salmonella breakouts (some recent health related stories) etc.
